99-00 civic foglights install

i have a set of 99-00 civic foglights but have no idea how to do the install on em....does anybody here know how 2 or has done it before? or know where i can go to get this done...somewhere where they know what there doing and will do a great job!!!

our very own teddy bear does those fogs with his eyes shut now since he had to do so many u should c he leaves no gaps nutting the little screw for the plastic housing is still wrapped with the original plastic from the bumper im telling u no whole what so ever make it look stalk
